About Us The South Windsor Community Foundation, Inc was organized in late 2003 by a group of concerned business and community leaders who want to see the quality of life in South Windsor maintained and enhanced. See Board of Directors The South Windsor Community Foundation, Inc. seeks to improve the quality of life in South Windsor for all residents of all ages by furthering the development of community based programs and projects The Foundation will seek to work with Social Services, education, arts, recreation and other community organizations. We endeavor to serve the entire community and be a central vehicle for financial contributions to our local community here in South Windsor.
