Rays of Hope Fund
The Rays of Hope Fund is a fund started to enable the South Windsor Community Foundation to raise money and to grant worth community projects funds to exeucte these projects. Fundraising is primarily done through mailings and community outreach and appearances at community events. A distribution committee provides a form to any interested parties who wish to submit an applicaton requesting funds and discussing their use of those funds. A criteria is established to award funds based on the number of people served and the impact on those people. |
