The South Windsor Community Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life in South Windsor
for all residents of all ages by furthering the development of community based programs and projects.

The South Windsor Public Education Fund presents its biennial walkathon,
Walking For Our Future,
a 2.5-mile walk along Main Street to raise money in support of the
South Windsor Public Schools.
The walk is dedicated to the memory of Cary Prague,
a longtime supporter of education in South Windsor.

Students, staff, parents, alumni: COME AND SUPPORT SOUTH WINDSOR EDUCATION!

The school with the most participants will win The Golden Sneaker, regardless of money raised.
Be sure to register each of your walkers for your school!

The contest leader is denoted with a star. If there is no star then there's a tie!

Start: Staggered start times between 10 am and 1 pm

End: East Windsor Hill
Distance: 2.5 miles
A hayride will be available for the return trip.

    Leashed pets are welcome to participate.
    After registration you may pay online via credit card.
    You don't need to pay today, you can pay at the door.
    Please register regardless so we know how many to expect.
    Please register each walker so we have a count of how many walk for which school.
    The contest is based on number of walkers per school, not money raised.
